Directors experience in Spanish property sales and acquisitions spans back 30 years. Operations commenced in the Bay of Rosas on the Costa Brava following an introduction by clients of our successful UK commercial business. These clients became good friends and remain so to this day, as has been the case with so many clients, associates and colleagues alike.
Numerous clients have been helped with many diverse property requirements, including single holiday home apartments, retirement homes, luxury villas, investment packages, land acquisitions, commercial developments, businesses and finance.
Property markets have changed dramatically over the years, so too have buyers’ and sellers’ expectations, who have greater demands upon the professional with whom they deal. Recognising this, we are committed to continuing professional development within our company and look for the same in our associates. Our full membership of the FIABCI, the NAEA, the Confederation Europeenne de L’Immobilier and the ICBA, ensures continuing high levels of market awareness, training and code of ethics can be achieved.
