1. GPS-DirectOverseas.com is a trading style of Global Property Associates Limited, UK Company Registration No. 3624256.
2. In addition to the full estate agency and consultancy service provided directly by GPS, this site also hosts space for other companies and individuals to sell their products and services directly. Every effort has been made to ensure total clarification in this regard, but service users must satisfy themselves as to whom contractual obligations are between.
3. Continuity of GPS-DirectOverseas.com Website Transmission: Uninterrupted availability to the website with error free transmissions is our objective; however, this cannot be guaranteed. Also the site may occasionally be suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance and for installation updates and renewals.
4. Service Users’ Use of GPS-DirectOverseas.com: GPS grants personal use of the website, subject to the following:
- No downloading (other than page caching.
- No part of this website may include resale or commercial use.
- None of the content, prices, business information descriptions may be used for any use other than those agreed with GPS.

5. Customer Account Use: GPS account holders must:

- Provide account information when registering with us. GPS reserves the right to deny access to its website, terminate accounts, cancel orders and remove or edit content.

Pricing: Every effort is made in respect of accuracy of price quotations within advertising and other literature; however, it is possible that mistakes or confusion may occur, perhaps due to time delays, in transmission and for total clarity the ruling price shall be the that quoted in the contract/confirmation of order. GPS will not be liable to charge more or less than the price quoted in the contract.

None of the trademarks, logos or design styles may be used for “passing off” or in any way that is likely to cause confusion with any other service or product, whether in any way associated with GPS or not. You agree to indemnify GPS and its associates against any claims brought by third parties against them in relation to breaches regarding the aforementioned.
11. Communications: By communicating with us online or via email, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions electronically as legally binding and have agreed for us to communicate with you electronically. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Third Party Contributions to the GPS Website: Parties, both companies and individuals, other than GPS advertise properties and services on this website or we may provide links to other websites; evaluation or inspection of these sites or material is not our responsibility and insomuch we do not endorse any of the companies, individuals or material. GPS does not accept liability or accountability for products, services or content or any third parties actions.
13. Amendments and Changes to Terms and Conditions: GPS reserve the right to alter our terms and conditions, pricing structure, website and policies at any time. Customers will be subject to terms, conditions, prices and policies in force when the contract with us was deemed applicable, unless any of these terms, conditions prices or policies prove unenforceable due to a change of law or by statutory authority ruling, in which case this will not affect the validity of any remaining condition.
14. Minimum Age: This site must not be used by children under the age of 18 years old.
15. Privacy - Personal Information: We do not store credit card information.
GPS will only release personal information if you have given us permission to do so or to comply with the law or to protect the rights and safety of our company. This may include exchanging information with other companies or organisations to help credit risk reduction and prevent fraud.
We constantly endeavour to maintain safeguards in all aspects of identifiable customer information. It is possible that very occasionally we may request proof of identify before disclosure of personal information.
16. GPS Refund Policy: Refunds may be made from time to time at the management's discretion. For example: a) A full refund will be made before entering into a contract with you if following our due diligence we are unable to accept your instructions or b) If there is a descriptive error due to our mistake or we do not deliver the service as described, we will refund the unused proportion of any money paid to us less any promotional discount if applicable.*
* No refunds will be made after commission payments have been made to us following completion of sale of a property.
Any errors or non-delivery of service must be notified to us within 1 month or delivery or contracted delivery date of the service.
17. General Legal Notice and Disclaimer: Throughout the Terms and Conditions of GPS, every case has been taken to ensure reliable, accurate information is being presented on our website. However, GPS does not guarantee or endorse and is not liable for any information or material and users of such information or material, whether purchasing products and/or services or not, should satisfy themselves on the validity and accuracy of all statements, material and information.
GPS (including agents and employees) accepts no responsibility for consequences resulting from information supplied in any respect whatsoever including intellectual property rights, statements of a defamatory nature, violation of property and privacy rights of others. No guarantees or warranties are given by GPS with regard to fitness for purpose, merchantability or any matter deferred to in any information.
Should the Terms and Conditions of GPS be breached and no action is taken by us, we reserve the right to take action on any other matter when you breach our Terms and Conditions.
